Here is my brilliant artist friend Sam Lamott. Our friendship is an inspiring affirmation of love, support and admiration.
Sam published the amazing Podcast; „Finding Grace with Paul Williams” Sam’s Podcast moved me deeply especially when both men cried. I am quoting Paul Williams: “Sam Lamott has a gift.”
Paul Williams is a Grammy, Golden Globe and Academy Award winning American composer, singer, songwriter and actor responsible for some of the great songs of the 20th century. He has written songs that were sung by Elvis Presley, David Bowie, Barbara Streisand, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Ray Charles, Gladys Knight, Diana Ross, The Crapenters, Tony Bennett, Sarah McLachlan and even Kermit the Frog. He most recently won the Grammy for album of the year in collaboration with Draftpunk.
But we’re not here to talk about any of that, we’re here to talk about Paul’s biggest accomplishment, finding grace. Paul got all the fame, money, and acclaim anyone could ever hope for, and none of those things filled the emptiness and loneliness inside. This is a conversation about finding our way home and feeling comfortable in our own skin. Check it out: Click here
